Hamilton, NY — The °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê Humanities Colloquium series will offer four lectures in February that are free and open to the public. The weekly meetings occur on Tuesdays at 4 p.m. in the Ho Lecture Room of Lawrence Hall.
On Tuesday, February 13, Bruce Berlind, professor of English emeritus, will present a poetry reading titled ‘Poems: Translated/Un.’ Berlind’s reading will also be part of the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê Spring Poetry Series.
On Tuesday, February 20, Jeanette Lander, writer-in-residence at Washington University in St. Louis, will speak about ‘Jewish Life in Germany after the Holocaust.’
On Tuesday, February 27, Laurel Schneider, assistant professor of theology, ethics and culture at Chicago Theological Seminary, will discuss ‘Integrating Queer Studies Into the Humanities.’
